Park Picnic

I love it when the sun comes out in the morning!  Here in Washington, in order to play at the park before noon, the nighttime and early morning hours must have cloud cover.  That way the toys are dry for us to play on.  That was the case last week, and even more glorious, the sun came out!  We packed a picnic lunch and escaped.

We enjoy this park.  It's entertaining to sit and watch the ducks and the fishermen on the lake.  The playground is great!

Someone just had to show the boys how it's done.  Adam is a kid at heart.♥

My favorite thing to do at Hill Park is just wander the woods.  The kids found our elephant in the woods. Remember that?

A picnic to share. :)  It was a fabulous outing.  Last summer we wrote this trip into our schedule every Tuesday.  Maybe when the weather gets consistent we will do that again.  Happy Monday!♥♥♥
