I never dreamed that our bathroom could be so beautiful! It's not 100% complete yet, but it has already far surpassed my expectations.Thanks to my father-in-law, we have a beautiful custom cabinet and mirror built and installed. Everything he touches turns into something beautiful- a true talented wood worker. Unbeknownst to me, while we were at a wedding, he completed the crown molding around the top of the room as well. I feel like the luckiest girl on the planet! It was actually a joy to clean the pretty bathroom.

After! I love this!! I particularly love that it goes all of the way to the ceiling. There is no wasted space.

After!! Tim (Adams dad) also had a sink sitting around and let us have it. I like that it is a deep sink.

Next step- Tile the window, re-privacy fil the window because I messed it up horribly, bead board installation around the toilet, trim around the tub and base near the door.
Meanwhile, we created shamrock hats on Friday!
We used tacky glue to stick some buttons and pompoms onto our green hats.
We had to wait until after nap time to wear them so they could dry.
Adam added a floor to the playhouse so we could move it into the yard.
I like the forced smiles. They clearly didn't want to stop playing to pose for a photo for the millionth time. ♥

Tim is such a blessing! If not for him, you wouldn’t be able to achieve your dream bathroom. Was this all his idea, even the cabinet designs? Or you did you have a fair share of insights? The transformation was awesome. It looked like it was done by professionals!

DeleteTim has been in the wood working business for years and came up with the design on his own. I had no idea what it would look like, as we were just expecting a simple cabinet. We had not anticipated the beautiful shelving that frames the mirror! You can imagine my surprise! He IS a professional, and we are truly blessed to have his work in our home. He always goes above and beyond just because, out of the goodness of his heart. Thanks for asking!
