W Guy

We have a jar of wiggly eyes.  Now that we are working on the letter W, I thought it was a good time to get these eyes out.

We had a worksheet in the schedule, but the kids yesterday did not look like they wanted to sit and write the letter W.  Instead, I cut out the centers of some white paper plates.  They are more sturdy than construction paper.  The kids colored them with crayons, glued on a W.

We then added wiggly eyes and a mouth.  Now they each have a "W Guy"! 

We then taped a popsicle stick to the back of our W guys.  Now the W guys are puppets. 

What Would We do Without W guy and his Wiggly eyes?
