We created something similar for our Christmas calendars, but a nest is a fun thing to create.
We plugged along with the letter Nn all week.
I didn't really direct the kids, but cut out all of the pieces they would need to create their own nest. They glued away.
They tore up some construction paper to glue onto the outside of the nest.
Easy peasy!
