"I'm bored..." As parents, I'm sure we've all heard that. I'm also sure that there are times we don't want to get out the playdough because it creates a large mess. A simple solution? Play foam. Tiny styrofoam dots mixed with a semi sticky substance.
Once you grab it, it's hard to put down. It's quite the manipulative experience.
If you mix the colors together, they will remain that way for eternity. We store ours in separate ziplock bags.
Some kids just flatten it out, ball it up, and then start the process over again. Some kids created towers- this stuff is virtually weightless, so it's an easy task to create a giant pole and it was sticky enough to just stand up.
One child, after my heart, spent his free time creating the ABC's. ♥
